Inoka graduated in Beijing, China in 2002. Inoka arrived in Australia to study Diploma of Community Welfare  in 2008 and later completed a Master's Degree in Social Work (PQ)  from Southern Cross University, Gold Coast in 2019. Inoka has been working in the community  sector for over 12 years . Her experience is not limited to working with special needs children, families, domestic violence and mental health in the private and the public sector in Melbourne.  I embraced the opportunity to work as a Case Manager, Outreach Practitioner and a Counsellor.

Inoka enjoys working with  adults ,teenagers and parents and conducting psychosocial assessments. men and women. Inoka uses a wide range of techniques to respond to her patient's needs such as ACT,CBT and Mindfulness.  Her previous experience in the community sector assists her in connecting with clients from a broad range of backgrounds and perspectives. She works from a person-centred, strengths-based framework and incorporates trauma informed practice. Inoka works collaboratively with her patients to achieve the best outcome for her clients.

She speaks English and Sinhalese.
