Since graduating from the University of Melbourne in 2005, Joan has completed extensive post graduate studies in spinal injuries, sports taping, sports physiotherapy, clinical pilates and dry needling. She believes in prevention and works in collaboration with the patient to provide both short term comfort and long term solutions.
Mark Foster
Special interests: Sports injuries, post-operative care.
Mark’s strengths are in his strong scientific based approach to injury assessment and management. He utilises a hands on approach of manual treatment, which includes soft tissue and myofascial releases, joint and spinal mobilisations and exercise prescription. Mark has particular interest in tendon related injuries (such as tennis elbow, rotator cuff and Achilles injuries) and lower limb biomechanics.

Subah is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and a member of Dietitians Australia. Her professional journey is fueled by a passion for chronic disease prevention and a commitment to delivering tailored care that leads to positive results for her clients. Prioritising evidenced-based practices, Subah ensures her clients receive the most effective guidance. Her warm and empathetic personality further enhances the client experience, fostering a positive and supportive relationship between Subah and those she serves.

INOKA VON HAGT

Inoka graduated in Beijing, China in 2002. Inoka arrived in Australia to study Diploma of Community Welfare in 2008 and later completed a Master's Degree in Social Work (PQ) from Southern Cross University, Gold Coast in 2019. Inoka has been working in the community sector for over 12 years . Her experience is not limited to working with special needs children, families,domestic violence and mental health in the private and the public sector in Melbourne. I embraced the opportunity to work as a Case Manager, Outreach Practitioner and a Counsellor.
Inoka enjoys working with adults ,teenagers and parents and conducting psychosocial assessments. men and women. Inoka uses a wide range of techniques to respond to her patient's needs such as ACT,CBT and Mindfulness. Her previous experience in the community sector assists her in connecting with clients from a broad range of backgrounds and perspectives. She works from a person-centred, strengths-based framework and incorporates trauma informed practice. Inoka works collaboratively with her patients to achieve the best outcome for her clients.
